We, two families visited Kodaikanal last week and took rooms in Jacks Hilltop. It was a fantastic and peaceful stay over there. The rooms are neat and clean, staff are very friendly... They are actually renewing the building as it is a new management. Due to that internet connection is little week in the room side but it will connect in the rooms hall area and down area.... They promised me on my next visit it will be fixed.. also about the hot water, they are providing all time hot water not like others (only on morning time 7-8 am).. also they provided water kettle to my room for drinking hot water.... I felt like the room and the atmosphere is like a premium one within the budget price.... Overall i recommend to everyone especially for families.... All the best.....

I had a pleasant stay at Jack Hill Resort. The rooms and washrooms are very clean, and I appreciated the notice on the bedsheets about stains being chargeable—it encourages guests to be careful, which is thoughtful.
The highlight of this stay is the view. Waking up among the fog and greenery is absolutely refreshing, and in the evening, you even get to see bison nearby, which was a unique experience.
The only downside is that the road to the main road is in poor condition, so if you’re driving a hatchback or sedan, it’s best to go slowly. On the bright side, Jothi Sir at the reception is always helpful and ready to assist.
Overall, a lovely stay with breathtaking scenery and great hospitality!

We recently visited Kodaikanal and stayed at The Jack Hilltop Resort (Hill Top View Room). Our stay was truly wonderful. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious, and the staff were always supportive and quick to assist with anything we needed.

The best property in kodai considering the service,the rooms & the jewel box view from all the rooms are mesmerizing. We had booked for couple of nights but after stay were so satisfied that we extended for more couple of days. The owner Mr Raj the care taker Mr thambi they are best at the service they are providing in this property. It's a brand new hotel with great views and one of the most premium localities in kodai we felt so because of the greenery and the flora fauna. around the hotel. Make sure to visit neighbourings of your property cause it's one of the most luxurious area.

One of the best stays I ever had in Kodaikanal . It was my first time to stay at naidupuram . Hotel is well maintained , rooms are okay and the views are also awesome and it will much more better if you can provide soap and towel .
The only difficulty I felt is I reached the hotel very late night and their car parking is outside the hotel , even though it's near by and quite opposite to hotel but it's hard to carry bags due to the steep road .

Pros:
1. Each and every Staff is very friendly and responsive.
2. Pleasant view from Room.
3. Made food as per requirements, and it's too tasty.
4. Very calm location.
5. Every night Campfire 🔥 enjoyed a lot..
Cons:
1. Vehicle is mandatory to reach hotel.
2. It suggestible fix some lights at last curves of road near to hotel.
Overall had a very g experience to stay here...

Stayed at this property for 2 nights. The view from this place is awesome and we had a great time here.
Good parking for bikers, polite staff, and reasonable pricing.
The room could use a bit of renovation especially on bedding items they feel quite old, and the washroom drainage was a little slow, but nothing major.
Overall, a pleasant stay and a nice place to relax.

Overall experience staying here is soo good ..Food is extraordinary and host Nazeer is very friendly in assisting and helping in all the way we celebrated my wedding anniversary and camp fire setting..rooms service is little slow ..location and view is so awesome from hilltop view room...best place to stay for family...overall awesome experience....will be visiting again soon

I had an opportunity to stay for a day here. People are so friendly and made us feel safe.
We had breakfast and dinner which were prepared based on home food with limited varieties. All items were less spicy and salty which suits all types of people.
They provide the dinner at a reasonable price along with a campfire 🔥.

The way of walk through jack was too good and am so excited...I didn't expect the room appriance it's top lunch..with a bolcony then view was awesome...its min 2.5k but I think it was overwhoming the price...atlast atmosphere and the staffs are tooo good..their not a staff their are like a family ...really I love it......please once try up... fabulous......😍😘

Rooms are very good with wooden flooring. Facilities like hot water 24/7, towel, soap, brush paste shampoo are offered 😁 the hospitality is very nice. Food is also yummy. The open space is awesome. You can spot wild bull. Night camp fire. 😄 if the location is little inside the mains it would be the best place you can stay. Currently the location is little outer

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The views were breathtaking, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, helping with anything we needed. The parking facilities were well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The only drawback was the route to the hotel, which had quite a few curves, but it was worth it once we arrived. One of the Best place to stay. As the name it is really a hilltop experience. It is almost in the peak of the mountain. We were able to see mist there itself. Fabulous rooms. Beautiful view. Friendly service. Service is their motive. Thanks to all the friendly staffs and the owner... Very good ambience....
